The band originated from an idea to play the whole of Dark Side of the Moon, by Pink Floyd, at a family gathering one Christmas. It went down so well, that it was decided to form a proper band and endeavour to play live gigs. With that in mind, we have recently decided to rehearse a complete two hour set of Pink Floyd songs. We are all very experienced and incorporate a high level of musicianship and authentic sounds. We will use the name
The DarkSide of Pink Floyd when we play Comfortably Numb etc, and The FlipSide for our classic rock and pop covers.

Our current Pink Floyd set went down so well at the recent BMAD Festival on Paignton Seafront that they have asked us back for next year, and we were immediately booked for the very popular OGRI Bikers Rally over the August bank holiday weekend.
This is what Andy Hobbs, Band co-ordinator for the BMAD Festival said -
"What can I say? I have had lots of feedback from punters regarding the exceptional standard of the music that you all provided for the BMAD Bike Festival last weekend. I thought that you all did a great job, exceptional musicianship in every case and great stage show. Myself and my stage crew were blown away with the standards that you set."
Our new web site will showcase some of our live recordings and give you information about our dreams and aspirations, as well as the ever-present Contact details, should you wish to make a booking :-)
Off you go to Meet the Band and thanks for looking . . .
We will be appearing at pubs and music festivals throughout 2010 either playing classic rock and pop covers, or with our Floyd set.
Hope to see you at a gig soon !
